Prevention of prostate hypertrophy with qigong massage



Prostatic hypertrophy causes obstruction of the urethra, and, as a consequence, impaired renal function. As a result, progressive and nocturia, difficulty urinating, urinary retention and incontinence. If the disease is complicated by the prostate gland and inflammatory processes, or urolithiasis, this can lead to hematuria, and in the later stages of the disease to uremia.

I. What Causes It

1. Podzhimanie testicles

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Calm down and relax. Raise your hands, palms so that the tips of your middle fingers at each other (as if you are carrying something in his hands.) Start slowly breathe. During inhalation, lift the tip of the tongue to the palate, and the hands in the same position, pull up. Imagine that the qi flows through the points yuntsyuan (soles of the feet) and rises on the inner surfaces of the legs to the crotch, "the original Yin-chi" - even worse - in the stomach to the point of Chi Hai (below the navel).

2. Massage
